I ordered this light on September 15th the date is now October 3rd and it still hasn't shipped... I contacted customer service about it multiple times and they gave me generic and unhelpful response. Eventually they just started ignoring me and I still have no response about where my product it. The crazy part is I have received 2 emails asking me to review the product eventhough they haven't sent it. No one has tried to resolve my issues or even tried to compensate me for my inconvenience. I currently have a crop the desperately needs this light.

I only gave one star because the customer service is non existent Ive tried calling and email and chat all 3 were disconnected or non responsive My complaint was that I ordered the older style of light (just as it was displayed on their web sight and pictured on my receipt) but received the new version which I did not want but had no way to return I specifically did not want the newer version because I already have 2 of the newer kind, I bought from them because it appeared they had them in stock, very disappointed I never was contacted about the swap either kind of bad business practices so if you buy something you may not get what you wanted then good luck trying to do anything about it GK

8x8 tent 6 X 4000 watt with CO2, and AC Works wonderful in Veg mode. Humidity stays around 66% on average and when it dips down below 60% I know it’s time to water the plants. I hung the lights high because there is plenty of light for vegging. Running the light on both veg and flower the lights will heat up the tent and burn the plants and definitely not needed. Looking forward to flowering stage and flipping the lights to flower for 12 on 12 off.

I am very happy and my plants enjoy! I have 2 Bestva, one on the way, fourth ordered and I will continue until my greenhouse is covered all.
It is greenhouse, but very often cloudy, long periods without sun and my succulents suffer. I tried various types of lamps and I was surprised when I tried Bestva. It covers wide surface area, and gives exactly the light my plants need!

I love these lights - this is my third one - all work great.
Only problem is, I wrote to customer service recently about my oldest light and never received a reply. Realize it was over warranty, but it would have been nice to hear back about the possibility of getting replacement fans and maybe LEDs .

***UPDATE*** so back on 9/17/20 I left a review after only one week of use. Todays review on 10/27/20 is a second in a series of 3 updates. First one expressed immediate results and noticeable growth in a week. Today I will express longer term use using only veg switch. I have 2 plants in 1gal pot each in coco watering with nutes schedule everyday and they have been on strict 18/6 timer and veg only switch (blue spectrum) for 5 weeks @ 24" and I have a hell of a time keeping this girl trimmed for optimal light exposure as she just kept bearing bigger leaves daily and keeping tight nodes. Leaves are flawless and color is perfect. So far this light gets a 5 star for vegetative capabilities in a tent no bigger than a 4x4 anything smaller be aware you may have to angle it in there so the sides of light can circulate air. Today day 34 10/27 I switched from just veg switch to veg and bloom switch for full spectrum @ 24" from canopy and will observe for next 6 days. I'm expecting some height from her and I need this light to do that so I can send her into flower. Next update will be few weeks into flower.

Bought this 2000W dc series light on sep 5th (holiday weekend ) but got to me very quickly after. Got light put in 32"x32"x63" tent and plant grew 3" in 2 days and was only getting 1/2" every couple days with old light. 8x brighter than my old Giixer 1000W. This Bestva 2000 puts out 390 actual watts from wall and Giixer was 110W HUUUUUUGE difference in plant growth right away. I had my colas tied down tips would not turn upward untill I installed this light. In 2 days the tips turned upward and grew another node! Today 9/17 will be her first day of flip to 12/12 and I want to update this review in a week or so to share any changes that proves this light is worth the investment I just made. Powerful and deep blue spectrum and vibrant bursting red spectrum and then you hit both switches on and BAM! Put some tent glasses on; I had to go buy some as glasses do NOT come with light. Will update soon but until then

Great product - I ended up buying a 2nd one after I was impressed with the 1st one - check the fans on top every so often to keep them dirt free - use a can of dust off.. Packaged nice and tight, only costs about $40 / month if run 24/7 with $0.14 kwh. Solid hard flower formation.

Very bright, excellent for full spectrum gardening. Be sure to use protective glasses or you could damage your eyes. For your application, you may want to consider height adjustable connectors. The only thing I don't like about them is I wish the dimmer had a knob on it verse a pot you have to adjust with a screwdriver. But for the price, I really couldn't ask for more. They work far better than HPS/MH lights and run cooler.

Wow... Best Value is right! Absolutely a must have for indoor growing. Cut my electric consumption in 1/3 from a 600w HPS... and over twice the output! My plants are a deep green and loving their environment now. My patchouli plant was literally DEAD, under the 600w HPS... within 2 weeks under the LED it has come back... ton of new growth, and I did nothing besides keep watering it. The light does give off a fair amount of heat, so be sure to have some sort of ventilation system set up.
I am fixing to put this in a 3'x3' tent, will update on how it performs, heat, etc...
The ONLY issue I have is that it is so much red in the spectrum, it seems to have caused a couple deficiency's which were hard to notice with the light spectrum being what it was... but once noticed it wasn't too hard to adjust feeding, and micro-nutrients and fix the problems.

This is a very good product if U are looking for a 700 watt light. No way does it produce like a 2000 watt would. It puts out very little heat,and a very bright light. Covers a 4×4 area very fat resinous buds.

This is my second Bestva Led and I'm very impressed with how much my plants like it. It's easily replaced one of my 1000 watt hps and dropped temperatures in my garden by about 7 degrees. I will be replacing all my hps with this Bestva 2000 watt light.

I have been very pleased with these lights, they come quickly and well packaged. Everything looks and feels heavy duty, and for having 4 fans running on the light its still pretty quiet! The sunglasses they give you are a joke and could fit a toddler haha but hey I didn't buy the light for the shades lol

For the money, this is one of the best led lights you can get. It is very very bright. Perfect for flower or fruit producing plants. Has worked very well in veg as well as flower. Also stays cool to the touch. It heats up the grow tent maybe 4-5 degrees

If you have used HPS or T5 high output lamps, you know how plants stretch for the light. The BESTVA LED lights eliminate that, also seedlings seem to harden off easier. I couldn't be happier with these lights.

It works!!! My plants love it. Use it 8-10 hours per day in a corner of the living room for an avacado, lemon and basil plant. Super bright at night, can see it miles away. but when you use it during the day time in front of window, the light is not bright at all.

These 6 ft tall Northern Lights strain plants were grown under the 2000 watt BestBa Full Spectrum. These lights are great for the amount of money they cost. There is a little more heat output due to the fans in the body of the light swirling warm air out into the tent. Temps were running up into the 80s.

Awesome lights have 2 of them we replaced 2 1000w hps and our bill went to about a third of what it was ( don’t have to run cooling fans and ac no more) plus they pull less then 800w together we’ve run through a full cycle veg/flower and we are very happy with the results won’t be using mh/hps ever again and will definitely be trying the 3000w one next

I bought these lights a while ago and have gone through two harvests with them. the lights work amazing for the power consumption. However, a couple of the units began to fail. They had issues ranging from a couple of bulbs burning out to not turning on completely. Before throwing them out I decided to check and see if a repair option was available through BESTVA. To my amazement they offered to replace the entire unit at no cost to me. they even covered shipping. Im sticking with them. Thank you BESTVA.

Switched from 2 Mars Hydro 300 and 1 600 which was giving me a total of 1200 LED watts to this 2000. The improvement was huge especially noticeable in flower density and overall vitality.

This light work great in a 4x4 area for veg. with the light at 25 to 30 inches above plants.For flowering the light should be about 24 to 30 inches above canopy in a 4x2.5 area.Be careful not to over heat your plant,the lights throw a little heat downward. The LED diodes are a little dated ,since this light came out LED's have gotten better.Over all it is a solid investment.

These are great, super bright, you definitely need to wear the sunglasses they provide, my plants are 3weeks into veg and doing awesome, my plants address doing better then ever, the 2 pictures are 1st. Day planted into flower and day 19 of flower I'm saying the lights are amazing and doing great, need to learn how to pinch and top better. It is very bright and seems to have good penetration.I checked it with my light meter compared to another led that I have been using all alone,and it runs right with it at the same heights.We'll see how it affects the power bill after a month or so.My plants seem to be happy

Ended up having to purchase through another source. That being said, the light is VERY bright. This light is meant for 4x2/4x4 grow tent, and I wouldn't recommend using it in a tent smaller than that unless you have rather strong ventilation. This light puts off a lot of heat, but the light output is worth it. Honestly, I would get a SF-1000/SF-2000 from spider farmer before buying this again though.
